Mechanical Repairs & Roadside Assistance
AP Fleet Management partners with Corporate Claims Management (CCM) to handle all mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance scheduling, warranty services, and roadside assistance (including towing) for your rental and lease vehicles.
📞 For immediate mechanical support or roadside assistance:
Assist you in locating a nearby authorized repair facility.
Arrange towing services if necessary.
Schedule repair appointments and reserve rental vehicles as needed.
Important:
Do not take your vehicle to a dealership without prior CCM authorization. CCM will determine if repairs are covered under warranty.
All repair work must receive pre-approval from CCM. Vendors will not be paid for unapproved repairs.
Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles to avoid malfunctions or failures due to neglect.
Vendor Instructions – Mechanical Repairs
Verify vehicle information with CCM.
Before performing any services, contact CCM at 1-800-226-7766 to receive a Purchase Order (PO) number.
Submit invoices through the National Account Billing Program and include: PO number, VIN, driver’s name and company, odometer reading, and service date.
Only perform services listed on the CCM-approved PO. Additional work not pre-approved will not be paid.
Obtain the driver’s signature before releasing the vehicle.
Accident, Collision, or Damage Reporting
For any collision, theft, glass damage, or other physical damage, CCM coordinates the entire claims and repair process.
